With a king bed in 2 bedrooms, queen in the third and sleeper sofa in the spacious living room with patio/balcony, there plenty of room for the family. The full kitchen is equipped with cookware etc. The resort boasts 2 outdoor heated pools and an indoor heated pool as well. Be ready for multiple attempts at timeshare

Needed a deep clean. Especially floors. Dead batteries in remotes. Burnt out lightbulbs. Low on TP, garbage bags, dishwasher pods. Had to make so many trips to front desk. Pools great! Lake/Dock access was so fun!

Summer visit

Overall very nice and conveniently located property. Please be aware that this is a time-share community and you will be subjected to scheduling time-share presentations in order to complete your check-in. We checked in at 6pm on Sunday eve and had to wait almost 45 min in line. The kids liked the pool and house was very comfortable.

Arrived at property with 2 kids only to find out the property I rented and paid for was not available. I had to pack up the kids and find lodging elsewhere . I would use caution renting this property.

Property needs some attention.

We have stayed at Stormy pointe a few times before and have no issues. However This stay had a few problems. Cottage wasn’t as clean as before but the main problem was roaches. I messaged Shannon, she was very upset we left a night early so she did refund a night. The property management offered gift cards if we would go to the time share session. We had small children and really didn’t have time to this.

Great location

Close to everything, yet set aside for privacy. Cute houses, and excellent service. Only recommendations would be to not have time share selling at point of check in process and think about parking availability for larger home units. For three and four bedroom houses, there are sometimes more than one car to park.

Absolutely Amazing Experience!

This Stormy Point Cabin was so cute , well appointed, beautifully decorated and SPOTLESS CLEAN! It would be best to go in summer when outdoor water park on site is open, but we had a blast just the same. We will be back! GO HOGS GO from Arkansas, Anne Murphy

This was a great place to stay. We were just a few minutes from SDC and not too far from the other things we did. The check in process wasn’t great due to the resort trying to sell you a time share. The resort itself was nice though. We’d stay again.

Loved our stay! The only reason we will not return is the primary bathroom had zero countertop and was so dim lit we could hardly see to get ready. The rest of the stay was awesome though!!

We had a great time!

We had a lot of fun and will def make a trip back! Did have a minor issue upon checkin where the Vrbo listing said "3BD/2BA RESORT COTTAGE!" however those were all booked so they put us in a 2BD/2BA RESORT COTTAGE. Property manager was really responsive and refunded the difference; so we were fine with that! Just a bit of a challenge getting the lil ones asleep in same room but we made it through! Thanks a bunch for the great time - we look forward to seeing you again!

nice location with activities on site

Everything went smooth on checking (warning they'll try to sign you up for time share presentation)....The cottage was very clean, had all the kitchen items you could want or need. Living room had nice samsung tv. My only complaints are the water heater only lasted for 1 shower (which is odd for a place that sleeps 8) and the internet was barely working (major upload/ping issues)...had to use mobile hotspot entire time. The onsite activities were great - small bball area, shuffleboard, playset, crafts, outdoor heated pool and indoor. Overall very nice.
