Spacious and nice

This condo is very spacious with lots of room for everyone. It was nice that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. I gave 4 stars on a couple of the ratings because we had a small hiccup with our check in... we were not able to get in at 4pm. We had to wait outside until the cleaning service was done. They also advertise this unit as being able to have extra private access to the indoor and outdoor pools one hour before and 1 hour after. This is really inaccurate for the evening hours especially. People were in the pools 3 of the 4 nights until 11pm. There is no one regulating this.

Family Vacation

The property was exactly like it was described! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor pool was great but the indoor pool was very cold. We were visiting with a curious 1 year old, so the open stairs down to the indoor pool were a problem. The opening is too wide for a regular baby gate so to keep everyone safe, it would be very good if a permanent gate were installed.

Great home, all ammenties you would need! Host was very responsive, even on a holiday weekend. Only call out, if there are loud kids in the downstairs pool you will hear them in the living space. Totally fine for us, kids will be kids. Just something to note. Overall, a great stay and would return!

Beautiful, spacious home

The only problem I had was trying to get in the house upon arrival. The code didn’t work. I was told that I could check in earlier if the house was clean but I that was not the case. I have no problem with waiting but I don’t like being lied to. We traveled from a great distance and we just wanted to put our food in the fridge and our bags in the house. Aside from this, the children had the best time. The pool was epic, the house was perfect.

Small group from FBC vacation at Branson

We fell in love with the house the minute we opened the door! We had 5 couples that traveled Together. We went to Springfield to Bass Pro and Lamberts, went to Queen Esther, and enjoyed the Outlet mall.We had a lot of fun playing card games on the nice big table. We called the help line because the hot tub had alot of Calcium in it and the gas tank ran out in the fire table. Both were taken care of when we came back Before we left, we decided we want to go back next year and stay in the same house.. that activities offered

Our group of eight friends enjoyed six nights here. We really enjoyed having all rooms on one level. It was clean and everything we needed was there. Pool towels were not provided. The hot tub and table fireplace were a great addition.

Sisters Trip

Property was great! Only issue was that old coffee grounds were left in filters, hot tub water was low and dirty and water was spraying outside hot tub but 2 different people came and addressed the issues. Issues did not slow us down. Location was great. The pool right below us shopping was close. Cheeky Monkey was a great place if you enjoy old classic rock music great hamburgers and unique cocktails. Fun place. Bought their T-shirts. Group of 6 60+ year old women had a great time! Property was very nice!

The bedding was not clean. The hot tub was not clean. But the manager was very helpful and had someone there to clean the hot tub right away. The management was very nice! I think they need to inspect the house after they have it cleaned. The house was big and spacious! Wonderful for our whole family! The pool had people using it past the hours posted, both the inside pool and outside pool. That is not good when you have little children trying to go to bed.
