The room was clean. The owner/staff was very hospitable. It was slow season but they still made sure the amenities were available for our use. The pool was one of the best ones we’ve ever used. It genuinely was a heated indoor pool. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband’s office caught on FIRE while we were traveling. We made it to mountain home and had to turnaround. I called to cancel the 3 night stay knowing I would have to pay for the first night. It was around 7 pm when I called that we had to head back to his business and our home. We were still charged all THREE NIGHTS. Please correct this. I called and spoke to at least 3 different customer service knowing we would be responsible for the first night. Any help is appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay, the motel shows its age but was priced great and in a nice location. The only drawback is the stairs are very noisy due to being wood on metal and we could hear everything coming up and down, people, luggage, children, etc. We would stay again just further from the stairs!

As always the beds are the most comfortable we have slept in at any hotel in Branson. Clean room. They do need to renew some of their electric outlets. They are very loose.

Older hotel but it was clean. Had issues at first with refrigerator & TV in room. Staff did try to help and came right away. Sent someone next day to resolve issue with volume on TV. Breakfast was okay. Good price and near to everything on highway 76.

Never was able to check in. Hotel said Expedia never paid and tried charging me again full price for room. Waiting over 30 min. On virtual agent and never could get anywhere . Ended up booking somewhere else

Staff was courteous, but rooms weren't cleaned good. We found the clip of a gun in our room, and the floors weren't vacuumed and the bedding had holes in it. Thete was a microwave and fridge in room tho. Pool and hot tub ate indoorand they were available.
