This little condo has great potential but was disappointing. When we have stayed at other properties, the host would have coffee and a welcome package with a guest book to sign. There was none of that. Also the main reason we booked this one was because it advertised awesome lake view.. well there wasn't much of a veiw. We would have enjoyed sitting out on the covered screen in porch, however it was dirty and covered in pollen. With allergies, there was no way to enjoy that. So i would suggest making sure that is clean and clear of pollen. The shower did have great water pressure. However minutes into the shower and the water was cold. The drain was not draining properly so we are standing in ankle deep cold water. The cleaning crew needs to be a bit more detailed in sweeping and mopping the floors. The master bathroom had hair in corners along the bathtub. The bathroom was also very dusty on the fixtures. The master bedroom door was also very squeaky so could use some wd40. Cosmeticly there are some things that could improved aesthetically, replacing the floor transition piece into masterbedroom, repaint areas of scraped paint in drywall, and general updates. We feel perhaps this was a bare minimum type stay, did not have the wow factor for a much needed get away.
