The property was ok, we had 4 rooms, and had flies in all the rooms. It is next to a putt putt park, so a little noisy, but the big problem was we were overcharged for all 4 rooms, and expedia did little to nothing to help.

No elevator

The hotel was great, including a good breakfast and desserts (cobbler, cookies, ice cream, coffee) in the evenings. Our only complaint was a lot of stairs and no elevator. It is an older hotel, but well kept.

This property was very clean. It has been a while since we've had housekeeping everyday, with fresh towels, without having to chase down towels. The people were very friendly. The breakfast was decent. The price was great. Would totally recommend

When I checked in the clerk looked like she would rather be somewhere else. Got to the room and it smelt so stale and musty. Checked the bathroom and there was a big hole in the side of the tub against the wall!! They came to look and said they had no idea that was there even though it had been badly patched. they gave us another room and ditto it was the same stinky grubby room as before. there was the start of black mold on the shower ceiling. the pool was clean enough but the furniture was filthy and broke when i sat on it.I would recommend you DO NOT stay there.

This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The staff was super friendly and their breakfast was awesome. They had so much to choose from. The hotel was well kept and the pool was nice and clean. If I come back to Branson I will stay here. It was centrally located to all activities.

The staff was friendly and they provide a dessert reception in the evening for guests which was nice. The rooms were a bit stuffy and musky and the pillow cases did not feel or smell clean. Also didn’t notice any elevators so beware to ask for ground floor if you have disabilities. But the neighborhood felt safe and it was very close to downtown Branson and many shows so was very convenient.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary dessert at night and the breakfast was above par, especially the espresso machine. It was overall a good experience, especially because of the property owners dog, Lilly. We found at least one assassin bug in our room and there may have been more that bit my daughter in her sleep which we didn’t see. Not sure that I’d call it an infestation, but that made for an unpleasant experience. I know things happen outside of a properties control, but that last part slightly overshadowed the positive aspects.
