Comfort Cottage is the perfect example of airy, breezy, coastal farmhouse décor and feeling! Branson has a lot to do, but coming back to this fabulous 3 bedroom condo may be one of your favorite things while visiting!



The Space:

Fresh, light, airy, bright, relaxing, contentment, and peaceful are all words you'll be using to describe this remarkable condo when telling your friends about your Branson trip! We're confident the excellent location, well equipped kitchen, premium beds, quality bedding/linens/towels, well stocked bathrooms, and soft furniture will have you completely satisfied in your choice of stay. With the location being only 1.5 miles to the Branson strip, 2 miles to Table Rock Lake (Moonshine Beach), and 4.5 miles to Silver Dollar City, there is no better place to be! We invite you to come experience this fully remodeled space! Don't forget, Comfort Cottage doesn't have any stairs and is wheelchair accessible!



STOCKED ITEMS

All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.

Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags

Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue.

All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.

**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.



The Neighborhood:

Such a great location to access EVERYTHING Branson. Located off a main by-pass road to avoid traffic, up the hill from Table Rock Lake (2 miles), just off of the Branson Strip (1.5 miles), down the road from Silver Dollar City (4.5 Miles) and taking 165 to Fall creek will get you to Branson Landing. You will not regret this location for sure!



**The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

**Seasonal Outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial day to Labor day, this is an approximate timeframe and is managed by the Vineyards HOA.

**Pool hours are 9am - 10pm.

The place overall was great. It was clean and plenty of space for me, my husband and 3 teenagers. Great location for Silver Dollar City, The Landing and Strip. Only negatives were, the couch was very uncomfortable and the people above us were up very late and loud the first night. The second night they decided to vacuum at 11pm on a Sunday night which woke us up and then kept us awake.

The good: The place was great. As advertised. Close to all the cool stuff in Branson. Excellent value.The bad: The floors were filthy. Black gunk ended up on our feet and socks. I communicated this to the hosts and they intend to address the problem.

Would have preferred more paper products. Parking was a nightmare. Upstairs neighbors were entirely too loud stomping and running during quiet hours, which made it difficult to get young children to sleep. Overall, location was great, very clean, and it was spacious for the amount of people we had there.

Great location

We were close to everything. The condo size was perfect for our family and there was plenty of green space to walk our dog. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and tools we could need. There was a perfect small grill for a cook out and with 2 bathrooms there was no waiting for one to open up. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for a family

The beds were comfortable and the condo clean. In the winter time a couple more extra blankets would be nice since we kept the thermostat at 70 degrees. The only problem the living room couch was like sitting on a hard rock. We loved the dining table with the benches instead of chairs. It was very good value for the number of beds and rooms.

Lives up to it's name - COMFORT

Loved this condo and property. It was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were wonderfully stocked. The upstairs neighbors were a little noisy at night but that's not reflective of the place. Very close to the Branson strip and other places we visited. Keeping this condo in mind for our next trip to MO!
