Nice property for a family reunion

We had a very nice stay at the Forest Heights property in Branson. The house is large enough to comfortably sleep 20 guests, and the location was great. The hosts were very attentive to communication. We encountered an air conditioning issue that persisted throughout the stay, but the hosts offered a partial refund and were responsive to the issue.

Loved this place.

Very very nice accommodations! Well stocked with everything that we needed. Very clean! Relaxing and the kids loved the pool! It was a perfect fit for our family. We would love to stay here again.

Lots of potentialu

The lodge was spacious as listed, but the cleaning staff had not cleaned under the beds, nor swept by the staircase. The tubs on the right side of the lodge don’t drain properly. (We guess the cleaning staff hasn’t reported the holding water). The screen porch has a hole in the screen. A critter came onto the back porch one night. The kitchen leaked during a rain. (The leak hasn’t been addressed even though the ceiling is in disrepair and the floor is being ruined). The A/C went out and we texted the number on the laminated information sheet. The person said they don’t manage the property. Finally got someone the next day. They couldn’t get an A/C repairman out, and would not bring fans or offer any other assistance. We received a credit of $200 for the two nights without the main A/C unit working properly. We sent photos to the management company and have more photos to share, if needed. The lodge, in general, is fine. With some attention and repairs, it will be what it once was.

Chilly Spring Break

Had a great time in Branson and Silver Dollar City. The Lodge was spacious and comfortable and kept us nice a toasty warm while it was cold outside. Teens and young kids loved the downstairs TV and billards. Hooked up their gaming systems and enjoyed their private oasis. Parents enjoyed the main floor with kitchen and screened back porch. Thanks for the space!

So happy to find this new listing in VRBO, just perfect to host our group of 10 friends coming together at Table Rock Lake from many states to celebrate the life of our high school classmate.
