Great place

Great place to stay, had everything we were looking for and more. Close to the main strip and close to great restaurants. Only thing we had an issue with was the air, staying cool enough. They did have a window unit, and it helped. Other than that, no problems at all. We will definitely stay again and would suggest staying there to friends and family.

The property was in a great location, spacious and had a great view. Overall the property was as advertised, and we would likely stay here again. The host was very friendly and communicative, which was appreciated.Only hiccups we had, which pushed the overall rating from a 5 to a 4, were:1. Both the concierge and the guest services book in the condo stated that there was an on-site fitness facility, but when we went to the front desk to inquire about getting access we were told there was no longer a fitness facility we could access, and we were welcome to go to a gym that Thousand Hills partners with. However that gym was about 15 minutes away, and did not appear to offer any discount from regular day rates, so this was a bit disappointing as we had planned on utilizing the on-site facilities. 2. The day before we were set to check out, I started receiving notifications that we could inquire about a late check out. I inquired through the online system about a late checkout, which it let me select and enter in all of my CC information, and submit. However, after I submitted, the system tells you that the next step is to wait for the check out request to be approved, which ours was not. A little backwards to me that the system encourages you to pay for a potential late checkout and has you pay for it before letting you know whether it is actually available. Would be nice to have an availability determination first before being asked to enter in CC info.
