This hotel picks and chooses who can stay. If someone stays temporarily in Branson and wants to stay here later, this hotel will deny people who stayed previously in Branson to stay at their hotel. Then if you pay online, they will say you will get a refund in 8 to 10 days but you will never get a refund. This is a very bad reflection of Branson hospitatility.

I don't know what was bigger, the check in ladies fake eye lashes, or her attitude, and her eye lashes were easily visible from 100 yards away. It was going to be our new go to hotel, but she's just so damn rude we'll never be back. Every time I dealt with her I was blown away how much of an attitude she has. I've stayed at many, many hotels, never have I had such a bad experience worth the front desk woman. Normally I'd say lady, but there's nothing ladylike about this one. I think her attitude was bigger than the hotel itself.

Great deal. Comfy beds
Room was clean, comfy and service was great. Amazing priced. Great stay for price and shorter time. I was there for 5 nights and my Only complaints are WiFi was terrible. Had to leave the room to do any work. Dogs next door barking and I had to go drive or walk to office to borrow blow dryer and then again to return it
