Location, Location! The wonderful Branson Landing, world-famous Branson 76 Strip, and Lake Taneycomo are only a quick 5-minute drive from the condo. If you like to golf we highly recommend Holiday Hills Golf Course which is a mile away. Need more space? We have a second condo right next door to this one which sleeps 7.
This bright, beautifully decorated, and brand new condo features a large studio bedroom/living room combo with a brand new king bed and a pullout sofa that can sleep two. There is also an in-room, full-size jetted tub, a large flat screen tv, and lots of room to spread out. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and a Kuerig and is stocked with some basics to enjoy meals.

- High frequency touch surfaces are disinfected
- Blankets are placed in plastic bags to indicate they have been cleaned/washed

We are located about 5 minutes from the middle of the Branson âstripâ so that you have easy/quick access to all of the shows, entertainment (go-karts, bumper boats), outlet malls, and restaurants. We're only about 25 minutes from the iconic Silver Dollar City which you will certainly want to visit during your stay.
Enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer -you can fish, go boating, hike, and take in the beauty of the lake. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes. You can also enjoy Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake which has a beautiful and clean beach & large roped-in area for swimmers nestled in a quiet cove. It also has picnic shelters and a kidâs play area with a jungle gym & slides. Rental of large umbrellas and kayaks are also available.

There are interior hall stairs to this condo. There is only one other unit on this level and no living space below the condo so you will enjoy comfort and quiet while on vacation.
Parking is directly next to the condo building.
This home has a standard hot water heater. If you run out of hot water, please wait 30 minutes for the hot water to produce a full tank of hot water and then proceed with showers, etc.
Our unit features a high-efficiency washer and dryer combo unit - no need to hit the laundromat or carry dirty clothes home.
We accept one small dog with a $75 pet fee. The dog must not remain along in the condo unless crated.
