This was just a lovely place w/even smart Christmas decorations placed around. Everything was exceptionally clean. We loved that there was a king bed in each bedroom. It is on the second floor if anyone has a problem of steps. Keys were handled well. There were 4 of us, and we were glad we brought additional coffee as there wasn't enough for 2 full pots, and we had a full pot each morning. We also brought shower soaps, etc. Loved the location. Everything was great w/owners easy to reach and ready to answer any questions.

The layout and decor of this condo made it feel very much like home and inviting. It could use a few touch ups of paint, replacing some tiles, and a deep clean, but nothing that was bothersome or intrusive to the stay. We absolutely loved being so central to all of the Branson amenities and it made for an amazing vacation that my kids cried to leave from. We will definitely be booking again and looking forward to our next visit.

Centrally located and easy to get to all the shows. The balcony overlooked the hills. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Nice Christmas feel with decorations throughout the condo. I would book here again.

We have stayed at the foothills before at a different condo in a different building. That is why we booked back in the foothills again. The area is perfect. The condos are arranged very nicely, but we were a bit disappointed this time as both of the beds were horrible as far as comfort goes . The patio door did not work correctly. It was always off track or very hard to open and shot I don’t know if this was older Condo than the other one we stayed at or what, but it just was not quite as nice.

Very nice. I was upset we at 73 had to carry our bags up a large flight of stairs. I felt i had made sure not to be in a place we had to use stairs. Just make sure people know there is a large flight of stairs.
