The Villas we stayed are far from the main office and other amenities like the pool and breakfast area. The room we stayed at had a lot of spiders and one night we were welcomed by a raccoon. I will not stay at this hotel if I’m ever in the area.

For the price I wouldn’t stay here again, we stayed far from any of the amenities. Things could be updated, our room had broken shades, and the lamp above the bed was missing the knob to turn on and off. Several golf cart drivers, who weren’t paying attention and one about hit us. For the most part it was cleaned, beds were comfortable.

We reserved the ambassador villa. Thought we were getting something extra special. Weil, little did we know. We got all of our stuff in and put some away before sitting down to enjoy. The carpet was just horribly dirty in every room, like it had never been cleaned. There were spider webs from the ceiling fan to the fireplace and down almost all the corners. There was mold on the inside and outside of the shower door. The was dried poop on the inside rim of the guest toilet. The outside patio look like it had never been swept with gobs of spiders and webs, Globs of jelly on the cabinet next to the refrigerator in plain sight. Under the garbage pail under the sink was filthy, looking like it had never been cleaned. The furniture was dirty and falling apart. My husband fixed the coffee table. We went to registration to talk with a person in charged twice and we were told they would get ahold of us....NEVER DID! When we checked out we asked to speak to a supervisor and once again were told she would not be in till the next day. We left our home number, on Thursday, and since have not heard anything! We will NOT EVER rent from this place again unless we get a newer cleaner building! However, we really enjoyed the pool after a long day!

The property was beautiful. The room was nice and furniture was comfortable. We loved the rustic vibe. My daughter said the property felt very safe. Our son was overjoyed with the arcade, theater craft room, and pool.

The staff during check-in were horrible. The wait was over 20 minutes and we were the second in line. Their staff seemed unable to move any faster. One of the reservation people just walked off with a very long line still waiting. After the arduous process, we were then sent to ANOTHER person who tried to do a high pressure sales bit. Would not go back.

We did not stay here. We weren’t able to get time off from work, so I tried calling to cancel and nobody ever took my call! I canceled by doing it online and apparently it didn’t go through because my credit card was charged! I never got an email to say we were expected on that date, either! Many times I tried calling and no one answered. I sent an email and never got a reply! NOT how to do business!

My room was very spacious and clean. I was impressed with the quality of the products and amenities. They were top notch. My bedroom was beautiful. I had some of the best sleep I’ve had on those mattresses. Very comfortable. So much room in my bath too. Loved the separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The kitchen was well equipped also. Each morning and evening, I sat out on the balcony with my coffee and enjoyed the peace and tranquility. So very relaxing! The grounds were beautifully manicured as well. Enjoyed the beautiful pool area with the hot tub. Spent a lot of time there. I enjoyed my stay immensely! Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be returning!
