The older gentleman at the front desk is somewhat rude and did complaining about having to help visitors in room 504 and having to do thing that is required of him in front of customers. Enjoyed the place but until different people can run the front desk i will not be coming back.

Needs renovations. Carpet is smelly throughout the hotel and dust mites were on top of the bed. AC was extremely loud. Front desk clerk was dry and said she was too tired to be at work that night. Breakfast was horrible. Bathroom was ok. Plugs didn’t work. Need updated amenities.

The room was decent, definitely a little dated but that wasn’t a huge deal. The balcony was pretty cool, breakfast was above average for a hotel free breakfast. They serve tea and cookies every afternoon which is great for families like us. The only real negatives are the parking, there are very few spaces that are not on a hill, especially on the front of the building. This makes it challenging to load and unload your luggage. And as I said earlier, it’s a bit dated. If you are hoping to find a pristine brand new hotel, this isn’t it. If you are looking for a decent stay that’s great for families, this would be a good hotel for you.

This is going to be my hotel choice in Branson

The Grand Victorian is a beautiful boutique hotel with lovely staff, quaint sitting areas, comfortable rooms and a lovely view from our balcony. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The only star I’d take away is for the breakfast—it was ok, but nothing to write home about.
