Pretty good stay - I often stay at PR and this has been one of the better visits. There was always parking at this condo( it’s hard to find parking in the other condos) - there was enough room for the 4 of us- the house was overall clean. The best part was the view in the morning from the covered porch deck! It’s absolutely beautiful ! I will add a photo below! Moonshine beach is also 5 minutes from the condos ! It’s awesome ! Overall it was a pretty good stay! I would for sure stay here again! Thanks!

Fun get away

We really enjoyed the space the condo gave us and my granddaughters really enjoyed the swimming pool. We easily was able to get to the Dolly Parton stampede show for the girls and they had so much fun! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice property and very clean! We enjoyed the view from the sunroom and even spotted some wildlife, including a bald eagle! The pool area is large and the atmosphere was great. Property host was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Disappointed

We have stayed at Pointe Royal before not this unit and were excited about the trip and area. Pointe Royal did not disappoint but this unit did. 1. Windows in sunroom broke and had to be held up with a piece of wood. 2. All bathrooms old and need of update. Master showers cold water handle broke and could not turn off water. My husband was able to finally get it off. Toilet paper holder broke as well, we fixed it too. 3. Garbage disposal on verge of breaking. Very aloud when using. 4. Dishwasher door hard to close it’s bent. 5. Lots of dead bugs in sunroom needing a good cleaning. 6. Hot water tank started making a laud screeching sound on our last few days. We had to turn off breaker to hot water. Out of safety (not knowing what was wrong) we did not use hot water on our last day. 7. Towels hanging in bathroom were very dirty on side towards wall, didn’t see it until using it. All that being said we made the best of it and enjoyed our time with family, it definitely put some frustration in our stay. We did have several conversations with Chris, he was going to send out plumber but we were able to turn on water in shower when knob broke. We also spoke to him about all issues including hot water heater. He did help us locate breaker panel. He was thankful for our feedback. We were hoping for an apology at the least and maybe a refund for the inconvenience and they money we saved him not having to call out a plumber. Lessons learned to ask many questions.

Very Clean and Great view from sun room

It's a relaxing, quiet neighborhood. The condo was spotless! From the sun room, we could see Table Rock Dam, Excellent communication. Plan to see if it is available next year when we come back to Branson.

Clean but needs some updating!

Property was clean and nice location. However, needs some updating, mainly cosmetic. The washer/dryer and the fireplace didn't work. The owner did try to fix it though and was timely in responding.

Roomy

Nice condo. Love the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms did I. All rooms are good sizes as is the living room. Tv in all rooms, and a sun room with a great view! We even saw a mama deer with her babies one morning. My only fuss is the washer wasn’t working properly and after a long hour or so of ememptying the tub
