The Space:

Perfectly light and bright!! Let the colors of this fabulous property entice your senses! Walk right in to the "LemonDrop"! This main level condo has all the features for an amazing stay! Comfy furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, sleeps up to 10 (with queen airbed upon request), and is located in one of the best locations to access the Branson Strip, Table Rock Lake or Silver Dollar City! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1200 square feet of FUN and vacation relaxation!! There isn't any sour to this "LemonDrop", because this place is SWEET!!



INCLUSIONS and FEATURES:

Soft seating, updated furniture, smart TVs for streaming, high speed WIFI

Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals, paper towels, kitchen towels, Crockpot, blender, toaster, 12 cup coffee maker (grounds/filters provided), salt/pepper, casserole dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheets, etc...

Bathrooms include Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, hair dryers, quality towels, hand towels, washcloths, hand soap, toilet paper, bathmat, and both bathrooms are tub/shower combinations.

Bedrooms have streaming TVs w/cable in 2 bedrooms, upgraded mattress, quality bedding, outlets for phone charging, reading lamps, clothes hangers, and a luggage rack.



**Recently installed Air purification system for your health and safety.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

This property has 1 king (sleeps 2), 1 queen (sleeps 2), 1 full/full bunk bed (sleeps 4), 1 queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), and a queen air bed and bedding upon request (sleeps 2).

Guest Access:

Outdoor seasonal pool with seating and shallow end, parking directly in front of the condo is first come first serve but plenty of parking is available, and BBQ grills are located at the end of the road.

**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.



The Neighborhood:

LOCATION:

1.5 miles from the Branson Strip, 2 miles from Table Rock Lake and Moonshine Beach, 4.5 Miles from Silver Dollar City, and located on a by-pass road to avoid the heavy traffic in Branson. Our past guest's most common feedback is "What a great location" this is!!!

Other Things to Note:

**This property is located on the main level and doesn't have any stairs to get in the property or in the condo itself. We consider this property wheelchair accessible. However, we do not represent it's ADA compliant.

**Minimum booking age is 21.

**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.

**The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

**Seasonal Outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial day to Labor day, this is an approximate timeframe and is managed by the Vineyards HOA.

**Pool hours are 9am - 10pm.
