The Space:
10 bedrooms, 9 bath – Large multi-level home full of fun and enjoyment!
This fabulous vacation retreat can sleep up to 30 people in 8 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and two very cool bunk rooms with dedicated bathroom!
The lower level features a game room with pool table, dart board, corn hole, outdoor Jenga, connect four and plenty of board games! There’s an additional bar/kitchen area in the basement with a full-size refrigerator as well!
The huge, covered balcony is a perfect place to relax, BBQ, congregate for social time and enjoy the fresh air of the Ozarks! The lower patio is large and opens up to a nice backyard for yard games and a place for kids to get the energy out! The fire pit is located on this level and there’s enough room for everyone to get in on the roasted marshmallows and smores!! Private hot tub on the lower patio!
While you are at this fabulous place, you will have full access all the neighborhood amenities including the outdoor pool, playground, nature trail to the lake and indoor pool and splash pad!!
Although Branson and all the attractions are spread out, in choosing this one-in-a-kind getaway, you will be in a central location that is just minutes away from Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo, all the shows and family entertainment on the strip as well as downtown and The Branson Landing. If you are looking to rent a boat, slip or jet skis, Chateau Marina and Table Rock Lake Marina are just down the road! The location is excellent for accessing everything Branson!!

Other Things to Note:
**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
**No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.

**Minimum booking age is 21.

*Private hot tub maintained by Freedom Vacation Rentals is open year-round. Communal pool areas are maintained by the Chateau Cove HOA. We reserve the right to temporarily close the hot tub and pool areas for routine maintenance at any time, if necessary, but we assure you that our maintenance teams will work quickly and diligently to have the area ready for guest use as quickly as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
**Indoor pool open year-round, outdoor pool is seasonal. All Pool areas are open 9am-9pm.
