There is 1 bedroom is on the main level and 2 bedrooms on the upper level. The top deck is accessed through both upper level bedrooms.

The gorgeous kitchen includes both basic cooking tools and indulgent extras like stoneware place settings and a KitchenAid mixer.

Speaking of adventures: the location of this home can’t be beat. Just 5 minutes from the boat dock and Branson Landing and 25 minutes from Silver Dollar City and Moonshine Beach.

On a rainy day, hold a game tournament on the upper level, with its arcade-style games and big screen TV. The futon also folds down to provide an extra bed.

SWIMMING POOL, PATH TO LAKE

The Briarwood neighborhood has an infinity edge pool overlooking Lake Taneycomo! Also a covered pavilion area with picnic tables, bring your cooler with you!

The path to the lake is by the pool. The lakeshore isn't the easy to fish, we suggest going over to Scotty's Trout Dock a few minutes away to get your fishing license and fish from the dock there.

ADDITIONAL INFO

🐶 $35 per night per dog plus taxes. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval only. Dogs are not guaranteed to be approved. Please ask first.

💳 Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

🚗 Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID

🆔 We will perform a Guest ID verification securely through our payment processor after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.

The Guest ID verification is a two factor authorization that asks you for your phone number and birth date, then it will text you a code to enter.

If the verification fails, we’ll cancel the reservation and void the transaction.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.

Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.
