Coming to Branson and Table Rock Lake? Blue Bird Condo is the place to be!! Perfect location to everything you could want to do in Branson! Visiting Silver Dollar City? We are just minutes from the entrance! Close enough to enjoy the park for the day, head back to the condo for nap time or lunch, and go back to the park for some more fun. Visiting Table Rock Lake? The beautiful lake is within walking distance down a hiking trail *please note the terrain can be difficult to navigate for persons with mobility issues Enjoy fishing and swimming from right within the resort!! Wanting to take a boat on the lake? We are minutes from Indian Pointe Marina with great options for boat rental. Looking for comfortable accommodations? Blue Bird Condo is the place your group will want to come together after a long day of sightseeing! It's our goal that everyone has a place to gather together and be comfortable at all times! Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room to hang out for movie time. Eat your meals together at the dining room table for seating for all 6 people! 2 Cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - master has a double sink. Last but not least, is the large deck, the perfect place for morning coffee. We have access to the green space from the deck, so the kids can have some extra space to run around!!

On location there is an seasonal outdoor pool, playground, and tennis/basketball court. There is also a nice trail to walk down to the beautiful TableRock Lake! (Please note that the trail can be difficult for persons with mobility issues)

****1 Dog CONSIDERED. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK without discussing and getting PRE approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dog. Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to
the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.

We had a great stay overall. The property was clean and matched the online description accurately, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect—right next to SDC, close to attractions, and just a short drive to shopping. Being on the bottom floor was also very convenient.Our only complaint was the noise. You can hear the upstairs and next-door neighbors quite clearly, even with the TV on and normal background noise.Aside from that, it was a solid place to stay and we enjoyed our trip.

Host provided very detailed instructions on how to get to property and how to get into the property. Very clean inside with plenty of the basics. We had two adults and two kids and there was plenty of room to eat together and play games before bed. Location is perfect if you’re going to SDC. We left the park on a very busy evening and were back within 5 minutes. Very responsive host, we will be coming back.

Perfect balance of nature and convenience in Branson!

Our stay at this Lake Life Vacation Rentals condo near Silver Dollar City exceeded expectations! The location offers the best of both worlds - minutes from Branson attractions while nestled against the natural beauty of Table Rock Lake. The private cove access was a highlight, perfect for fishing or simply unwinding between activities. I even discovered a scenic overlook via a trail near the property! The condo itself was spotless save for 2 pans that had some build up the dishwasher hadn't caught and thoughtfully equipped - from fully stocked kitchen essentials to cleaning supplies and even box fans for noise-sensitive sleepers like me. Having two bedrooms with private bathrooms, comfortable living space, and a lovely porch made our stay extremely comfortable. The development's amenities (tennis court, pool) and attention to maintenance were impressive. Staff regularly patrolled the grounds, and dog stations throughout made traveling with our dachshund stress-free. The pet-friendly policy was actually respected by all guests we encountered. Communication with Lake Life was excellent - detailed pre-arrival instructions, helpful check-in messages, and a convenient app with local information. Special thanks to Brenda and Adrienne for their personal attention and making sure our stay went smoothly! If you're looking for the perfect home base to explore Branson while still enjoying nature, don't hesitate to book this property!

Nice condo but neighbors above were making all kinds of noise till midnight each night. Very annoying. Ceiling fans make all kinds of clanking noises in the living room and master bedroom.

Great time!!

My wife and I along with some close friends had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal. All we had to do was buy the food to be prepared. We brought our 2 small dogs and the large deck with easy access to the yard for our dogs made our stay even better. We definitely will be back to stay again. Thanks again for a great time!!
