PROS: The cabin was clean and had a nice kitchen. Plenty of kitchenware to cook and make snacks throughout the day. Perfect size for two people. Bathrooms were a nice size with a double-head shower and jacuzzi... very nice. The bed sheets were comfortable; the towels were nice too.Check out was super easy. CONS: The bed in the guest room needs to be replaced... wallowed in the middle. The extra blanket in the closet was fleece and had hair all over it despite being laundered. The television in the living room was small for the space, especially for the main room of the cabin. Just upgrade to the next size up.

Did not realize the distance between cabins and clubhouse where we checked in. Albeit it was only a couple miles, little confusing when it's late. I would've appreciated more availability of coffee, soap, but we made do. Property was clean and staff at clubhouse is friendly.

Beautiful cabin in great location... but

The cabin is beautiful and in a great location, everything is less than 10 minutes away. The problem is the management of the property. Ive used VRBO in conjunction with Affirm for EVERY vacation I've taken in the past 5 years without issue, until now. As it sits right now i have been double charged for this stay. On our travel day we get contacted by thousand hills telling us that our card didn't process and that we need to pay to keep our reservation. After explaining what process i used to book this room they reached out to their VRBO rep who said i needed to reach out to affirm. I reached out to affirm who told me everything was processed and good to go. I then get ahold of VRBO, the person i spoke to couldnt be understood as english was not their first language, and get told that i need to pay now or loose my reservation because the payment didn't work. Again, this is ON THE DAY WE WERE TRAVELING. Absolutely insane how everything happened.

Wonderful quiet stay

Not busy this week. Beds and appliances were great. This unit needs some type of dresser, or the shelves in the closet need to be free of extra blankets and pillows. No issue with mosquitoes. Lots of supplies for washing clothes and dishes. The hot water pipe to the whirlpool tub needs looked at. They alternate between whistling and screaming until the hot water is turned off and they returned to cold. Thanks.

Beautiful decor. Cabin like atmosphere. Loved the gas fireplace! Didnt like the hilly parking/road, but that's just Branson. Overall clean and comfortable!

The cabin and location were fabulous. The only thing we noticed was the fan in the en suite toilet room was very loud and there was not enough light outside from parking to the cabin for my 87 year old grandmother.

Nice Stay for Quick Family Vacation

Overall very nice property, Very Quiet, Centrally located to where we were going. Only issues we ran into: no nonstick pan or spatula to make pancakes, couple of lights burnt out, and a wasp nest that my husband knocked off the rocking chair outside on the back deck. Regardless of these minor inconveniences we had a lovely stay.

Cute condo

We had to look for a last minute stay because our previous VRBO cancelled on us at the last minute due to overbooking. This place was very clean and just the right size, we will definitely look at a longer stay at this place again. My only issue was that a pool pass and towels were not provided at check-in so had to drive back to the main check-in site.

The cabin on Oakridge had fleas in the master bath. I had bites and they were in my clothes. We requested a new room finally the last night. Maybe. If we were offered a compliment stay we would consider, but we paid a lot for our stay. Plus our daughter in the wheel chair could hardly get out of the vehicle and up the hill to cabin

Centrally located cabin

The property was just as represented in the pictures. Everything in the cabin worked and was equipped with needed items. The parking was on a very sloped area but ample. This unit is in the middle of two other units so you heard your neighbors on both sides. Location is very convenient & centrally located to all activities. Check-in was very fast & friendly.
