Foe the price we paid this was an acceptable place to rest our heads for the night. No bugs, just very dated property that could use a good make over from top to bottom. Staff was pleasant at check but was off property when we first arrived. Returned to check us in within about 5 mins and very nice. Would stay again in a pinch.

This place is a hidden gem. The room rate is very reasonable and the accommodations were great. Nothing flashy, but it has everything that you would want and expect for a pleasant stay--clean room, comfortable beds, quiet atmosphere, and friendly staff. We did not get in until late (after 10:00 PM) and the office staff waited for us until we arrived. Though we didn't eat breakfast there, it was a full hot breakfast and looked very good. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I am ever in Branson.

Ladies at front desk very generous allowed us to check in early no charge, was very polite, and was worth what was paid will be back next time we visit only downfall was breakfast. Wasn’t the best but something is better than nothing!

The initial impressions were not good. Tired property that could use some TLC. Entered the room and it was unbearably hot. Took the AC am hour to cool it down. There was a funny smell that we never got used to. Place was very quiet and close to Silver Dollar City. Price was awesome.

It has breakfast listed as it starts at 7am but when we showed up at 7am they said it now starts at 7:30 it is not posted anywhere that this is the time. The pool was just starting to be filled when we arrived. The bathroom had a crappy recaulking job done. Elevator smelled horrible we told the staff and it still was bad the next day and until we left.
