For the price the property was a great value. The bathrooms could use updating and better cleaning. The beds were comfortable. Overall the property could use an update to make it feel brighter especially in the common areas where the breakfast and amenities were.

5 people (2 adults, 3 children) stayed over a weekend. The only real issue (for the children) was the pool was BEYOND packed, and they didn't get to swim, other than that the hotel was quiet, clean and a great stay. The woman working at the bar helped me and my husband with what drinks we might like (were not drinkers but staying with two 12-year-olds and a 3-year-old makes you need a drink) she took her time to talk with us and figure out something we would both like. The veteran wall was so cool to see and had out oldest mind blown. The room was clean and the view was nice. the breakfast is a breakfast buffet with hot food that all of us really enjoyed. 10/10 would absolutely stay at again with or without the kids.

To begin with, I told the young man at the desk that I had a disability and that it was hard for me to walk along distance. Maybe he didn’t know how the room set ups were down the hallway, but I was in room 402 which was at the very end of the hall around the corner. They were accommodating and gave me a different room. They put me on the first floor in a room that was handicap. Great! But it was very dated very ugly and for some reason The Floor Matt tile was folded on the seat, but it was soaking wet like someone had been in the room, used it and then folded it back up. The TV didn’t work. And the outside parking was not set up very well for handicap accessibility. When we came back from dinner, there was no handicap parking available. It was raining. It was dark. I had to park down the back hill and walk up around to the front. There is no other doors to get in that building other than the front doors when I got to the front desk and explained to them they told me that I could park at the front driveway. I was not gonna go move my car at this hour in the rain. There is parking up front that should be made as handicap.

Great room… very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Neighbors tv was really loud but that was their issue not the hotels. Used the laundry room while there and it was clean. Would be nice to have a change machine there instead of walking back up to main level for change. Hotel staff was nice.

Male staff we first encountered lied to us completely about our room and if it was ready or not so he could go home. Concierge lied on the phone and promised free dinner at the restaurant there even though the restaurant was closed.
