Checking in wasn't as friendly I know it's Christmas time it's busy. I reserved our rooms ahead of time a month ago. We checked in at 4 as noted. My daughter room wasn't ready ok were patient. Waited for an hour the fellow behind the counter said her room won't be ready until tomorrow everyone is going home. Needless to say my daughters reassigned room was on the other side of the Hotel. I ordered 2 rooms close for Christmas.

Rooms are still good but ready for minor updates due to wear. Free wifi is very poor. Free breakfast was good but limited to biscuits and gravy, sausage, french toast sticks, yogurt, grits, a few sliced up fruit offerings. Work out facilities only included two treadmills, two elipticals, a set of dumb bells, exercise balls, and an old universal with very limited attachments.

Room cleanliness ok, saw staff cleaning common areas frequently. Austin at front desk was great. Breakfast was pathetic, experienced better in less expensive places. No fan in bathroom is a problem.

The facility has gone thru a recent refurbish. Still needs some detail work, but adequate. Just be aware, when checking in or out the receptionist becomes a high pressure salesperson. They try hard to get you to join their "club". For only $70 a month. Just be ready for it.

Looks nice from the outside, lobby appeared clean. Room was a suite on the ninth floor. Very outdated, appeared clean but you wouldn’t know it from the first glance. No housekeeping, our trash would have been overflowing if we hadn’t taken care of it ourselves. Stained ceiling in the bathroom, stained shower floor. We did t try the jetted tub. A/C did not work, set at 68 and held at a steady 76. Balcony was solid but in need of refinishing and paint. Old furniture that appeared clean. Bed and televisions (with extensive channels) seem to be the only updates. Desperately in need of an interior overhaul.

The Hotel was clean with very friendly staff. I was not a fan of a shared Microwave in the hallway. Parking was the worst that I have experienced. Being older, having to park in the rear of the facility and having to walk up steps for the lack of parking in the front was not ideal. The stay was good. The food was great. Thanks!

We loved the hotel! My only feedback is that you shouldn’t pressure people into sitting through the travel presentation. I know it isn’t just your place that does it. People are pushy in general to sell timeshare/ travel memberships which not everyone can afford
