Clean rooms, courteous staff. Elevator wait times were a little long as the hotel was full. Not enough bellcarts at checkout time, we had to bring out luggage down individually.

Checking in wasn't as friendly I know it's Christmas time it's busy. I reserved our rooms ahead of time a month ago. We checked in at 4 as noted. My daughter room wasn't ready ok were patient. Waited for an hour the fellow behind the counter said her room won't be ready until tomorrow everyone is going home. Needless to say my daughters reassigned room was on the other side of the Hotel. I ordered 2 rooms close for Christmas.

They put us in a corner room. Although it was not in the corner of the hotel. It was the room next door. Not sure why they consider this special because it was far away from the elevator. And the only microwave on the floor.considered this special. It was a long way to the elevator.
