Location. Location. Location. If the weather is good and you are able to walk well this is great spot. Less than a 10 minute walk to the historic Dicks 5 & 10. Just a few more minutes and you have everything The Landing area has to offer. We were able to drink more than our share at Waxy O'shea's & responsibility walk home each night. The place was clean and felt safe as well.

The outside of the facilities looked like a motel. When you walk in the door, the first thing we noticed was the couch and love seat, which needed replaced. We didn’t need the sleeper, but tried to sit on the couch and it was so broken down, it seemed we were sitting on the floor. The love seat was old as well. The bed sheets would not stay on the bed because there was no mattress pad underneath. We couldn’t sleep well as we had to keep pulling the sheet over the bare mattress. We didn’t use the kitchenette, but it did have nice new appliances, and the bathroom was fine. Check-in was at 4 pm and checkout 10 am. A bit later check in than most places we have stayed. I am not sure how this facility had such high ratings.

Comfortable stay, good location. Pool was nice. Seemed a bit more like a motel than I expected. There was no communication with a host, again, very much like a motel but no motel manager to concat. Listing mentioned laundry, turned out laundry was a coin operated separate room that was not close.

Weekend getaway

We love staying here. The condos are always clean and nicely furnished. Easy access to The Landing and downtown and to the bypass. This trip we especially enjoyed the pool. We will stay here again and definitely recommend Roark.

Great location, but not for 4

Property is conveniently located near everything and very clean. Pool area and proximity to Lake Taneycomo was nice. I'd recommend for parties of 1-2. For our family of 4 with 2 teens it was small. Sofa bed was not great, and were only provided 3 pillows, 4 towels for a 3-night stay, and incomplete kitchen amenities. Wife cooked bacon and eggs in the 2 saucepans because there were no skillets. Small things that leave an impression.

Weekend away

Jeff and I went away to visit Branson for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and in a great location for walking to downtown and the landing.

Great location!

This was a great getaway for a few days! I love the location which is very very close to the Branson Landing. You don’t even have to get into heavy traffic to find the condo. I love that the building was right next to the pool. The listing stated it was a ground floor Condo, but it was actually the second level. I am going to chalk that up to a copy and paste error. There is an elevator in the building to get to this condo. You do have to go inside the building to get to the elevator. The elevator is only marked on the outside of the door on the first floor, however. If you are looking for elevator doors, you will not find it outside. I could only hear the construction when I was outside. This condo is close to the building that is being worked on, and I could not hear any construction when I was inside the condo.

Very Enjoyable Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be visiting again!! Everything was very nice and clean! We did bring our own pillows, kleenex, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, hand soap and hangers. We are kind of picky about some of our necessities lol! The bed was very comfy and the bath tub was nice & deep! The only thing we might suggest is tacking down the corners of the bedroom rug, as it curled up and we almost tripped a couple of times lol! Easy fix with double stick tape! Overall it was a GREAT experience and we are already thinking about our next trip! We loved the location as it was close to just about everything and we felt very safe! We would definitely recommend it!!
