Perfectly located just five minutes from Pleasant Mountain, Moose Pond public launch and downtown Bridgton, 15 minutes from the Naples Causeway, and 30 minutes from North Conway, our home offers the ideal base for year-round adventure.

Tucked down a private road, the property provides ample space, privacy, and a peaceful rural vibe. Enjoy complimentary coffee or tea on the covered entry porch while listening to the birds in the morning.

This sun-drenched home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The downstairs bedroom features two full beds, while the master bedroom upstairs offers a cozy queen. A comfortable pull-out couch provides extra sleeping space upstairs. The main living room, a half bath, and one bedroom are on the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a full bathroom, a secondary living room, and the master bedroom.

Quiet but close to town

A quiet but newly constructed home with all the amenities is a perfect place for a vacation. We especially loved the free range chickens that visited our home daily. And we arrived to find a dozen of their different color eggs ready to scramble for a nice breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the 1.5 bathrooms were good. The expansive backyard with trees made some great bird watching in the mornings with our coffee. Shopping at Renny’s and access to a the public beach in Brighton for swimming is easy.
