The natural wooded lot is spacious and level around the cottage, gradually sloping towards the waterfront. The frontage is low banked, with a deck at the top of the bank that extends to the dock. Although the shoreline is rocky, the bottom is sandy and the water is approximately 1/2' deep at the entry point from the dock. Adventurers can explore the lake using the 2 kayaks and 1 canoe provided. Please note that the dock is strictly for the kayaks and canoe only. The property is located within a 15-minute walk to a large, sandy town beach and a short 10-minute drive to charming downtown Bridgton, where you can indulge in a shopping spree or some fun outdoor activities!
