The room is good for the price. I have stayed here a couple times over the years when we are going to Knott's berry farm. It's a place to sleep and shower. Walking distance to the park and Walgreens is right there also. Easy to get in and out of the parking. Staff are friendly. AC works good. Beds could use some updating I recommend bringing your own pillow. Theirs are hard and old.

Horrible place did not feel safe.

The room was dirty and had tagging on the bed. There was hair on the floor and floor tiles were loose. Window locks broken. To top it off the smoke alarm kept chirping. I couldn't sleep. I would have driven home to San Diego if i didn't have something that i needed to do the next day. Place needs major renovations.

Beware

Well, where to begin... Not sure who has actually reviewed this in the past. Do not stay here. First off we booked the "family suite", seperate rooms were more like a large closet. None of the doors closed tight to latch. The floor/carpet was disgusting! Our socks are ruined from walking around in the room. The a/c ran constant and was so loud. There wasn't enough parking for the amount of rooms. The beds are springy and uncomfortable. The staff monitors and controls ice machine. You have to go into the office to get ice. They charge you $5 for a lost room key! Who the heck does that!?The sign out front says remodeled rooms. I dont think the sign has changed sine 1992. Overall horrible motel for family vacation, only positive thing is the location to Knotts berry farm. Avoid this place like the plague!
