I wish the room came with a microwave being diabetic and not being able to warm up food to eat was very upsetting they told me because I had a 2 beds the room did not come with one but I was more than welcome to use the one in the lobby. Well that was very upsetting the fact that how would I be able to use it when it was raining and very cold to walk outside to the lobby.

Will not go back! Other than highway noise, elevator broken, had to lift luggage to 3rd floor. From check in at 3pm until 6pm they were using very loud high pressure washer by our door, walls, walk way and stairs. TV not working and had to place a call and it had to be replaced with another unit. Bathroom is busted. Breakfast was very lame, cereal, bread, whipping spread, jam, coffee or juice. I have pics and videos of all the above.

The elevator and hot tub were both broke down. The pool was cold. Couldn't find an ice machine anywhere. They had rolled up towels under several air conditioners to stop up leaking.. The continental breakfast was pretty much none existent. It also was a lot further away from Universal Studios than realized.

The room was just OK, the door had gaps and didn't seem secure. The lobby felt like we were in the wrong place, like a back entrance. The elevators were broken, the spa was closed off. The staff were fine, but the motel felt very run down, I was embarrassed and kept apologizing to our guests.

The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, it had a mini fridge,but there was no coffee pot or microwave. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevators were not working so that was very inconvenient especially being pregnant and having a 1yr old and a 9 year old. The breakfast was small (muffins, toast, cereal)but if fed my family enough to not have to eat out for breakfast. Hotels.com says there is a pool but the pool was closed.

The front desk staff was very accommodating, the elevator was non-op, I was assigned a 4th floor room and when I told them I was handicapped, they reassigned me to a 1st floor room. They did that without hesitation.

I'm not really recommending this hotel. They only serve cereal and my granddaughter got bite so bad at night in our room #238 that she ended up in the hospital. Plus, there's nothing you can do about music playing so loud until 3am every night. Every weekend we travel, and it's always the worst place I've ever been to. The elevators are broken, and they don't have a working jacuzzi either. The toilet water runs all night also . Stay away from here if you want to have a good vacation.

Ive always stayed here in the past because theyve aways kept up witho cleanliness. I came after some time of not staying here and notice that they upgraded the room furniture. Looks nice. Beds are new and soft too. I really appreciate that. They get 4.0 stars from me though because their elevator was broken and I was on the fourth floor 😵‍💫
