I feel bad for the house keeping staff as they only are allowed 5 minutes per room. The TV was very difficult to use. Two of the nights the night clerks were cold and rude. The maintenance worker was awesome though, he wasn't contacted until I went back the next day and told the nicer day clerk of the broken sprinkler squirting straight up the 3rd floor walkway. . . . .

Let me first start off by saying that I visit this hotel at least 4 to 5 times a year. It’s always my go to because of the convenience of where it’s at and the price. Well this is definitely gonna be the last time I stay at this hotel the room we had had a lot of mosquitoes in it. Me and my kids woke up. We were completely covered in mosquito bites. We must’ve killed at least five called the office they said they were gonna spray in there. We were gone all day. There was miscommunication got back to the room later that evening there was still mosquitoes in there at that point in time I didn’t wanna have to switch a room to upstairs so we just stayed in that room. The beds are hard as a rock. My back is completely in pain and it’s just very unfortunate because like I’ve stated above I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple multiple times in the last 5 to 10 years and I have never had an issue like this before but going forward I will no longer be a guest at this hotel.

Hairy bed

The room wasn’t clean. There was food under the table/desk next to the tv. There was blonde long hair on my bed. The tub, toilet and sink was clean but the floor was very dirty. I would not stay here again.

This hotel is worth the price, the rooms are comfortable and clean with very comfortable beds. The elevator was dirty, smell bad and looked old and was outside the halls on the end of the building. I'm not complaining since I didn't see this when booked is they don't offer daily housekeeping, but you should consider it.

For being a motel it was nice cause it had an elevator and you you had to have a key card to get to the upper levels the area was very safe Buena Park is a nice area 5 min from knotts and 15 min from Disney land. Beds were okay. Would recommend if you were on a budget. Coffee and tea in the morning. No breakfast though . Staff was very good stayed 4 nights and replaced our bathroom towels everyday
