We got to breakfast at 9am and there was basically no food left. The desk person Sean was rude, unhelpful and did not acknowledge us for 10 minutes wanting to check in while we stood directly in front of him at the front desk. The lobby was empty A coworker finally took over and helped.will definitely not stay there again. Someone front desks also gave us wrong location twice for shuttle pick up.

You don’t expect a luxury experience at a Best Western Plus, but could they at least keep bugs pour of the rooms? We had a large beetle crawling on our ceiling and we also heard the guests across the hall complaining about a “stink bug” in their room. Combine that with a lot of wear and tear (scuff marks, chipped baseboards, worn carpet), no lotion or water provided and it just doesn’t seem worth the price. On the plus side, parking is easy, water pressure is great and the staff were super friendly.

The front desk staffs (Sean and another that I forgot his name) were amazing, very kind and accommodating . Except that you could hear the neighbors doors closing. Aside from that it’s a 10/10

Professional and friendly staff. Old rooms inside, especially old bathrooms. We ended up in a room that had a communicating door with the room next door and it was very annoying as the neighbors were very loud and overall disrespectful, despite the front desk told them to be quiet on our first night there.
