Centrally located, a Beautiful Landmark House for an ideal Family Getaway!

This state of art house is located in a tranquil neighborhood close to Church St. Marketplace, where it offers vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment. Close to UVM, it's also near Lake Champlain Waterfront Park and its scenic bike path. Nearby, there's a Farmer's Market on Pine St and local favorite cafes and breweries. All within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood itself exudes a sense of peace and showcases the natural beauty of Burlington. One onsite parking and two permitted street parking spaces available.

Little Maple House offers 4 bedrooms, a TV room/Office, a dressing room, and 3 1/2 baths, a side porch and a Sun Room, accommodating up to ten people, most comfortably for eight adults. The ground floor has a central hall colonial layout with the living, dining, kitchen spaces connected, a separate TV room/Office and a powder room. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and a baby grand piano. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. Bedroom 1 Suite comes with its own bathroom featuring a Toto Washlet toilet. On the other side of the bathroom, there is the Dressing Room that opens to the Sun Room. The Dressing Room has a full/twin size futon for an additional sleeper. WiFi is available throughout.

Lovely stay in a beautiful house

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place with enough bedrooms & bathrooms to get ready for a variety of events, and space to visit with our family in the mornings and evenings between events. The Little Maple House met our needs exactly! A beautiful house in a great location, appointed in a lovely, unique style. The hosts were very helpful, providing us with all of the information we needed and answering any questions in a friendly and prompt manner. I would highly recommend a stay at the Little Maple House!

Tshen's house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend in Burlington. The house has so much charm and character and is walking distance to town. All of the bathrooms have been renovated, and are conveniently stocked with shampoo and body wash. The hosts also made check-in/check-out incredibly simple and easy. Can't recommend enough!

Charm and Comfort, at a great location

A beautiful, historic home with interesting collection of pieces throughout. But clean, comfortable, modern appliances and amenities, and perfect size for a family of 7 (3 couples plus a baby). Excellent location. The owners communicated well and all instructions were clear (and only a few), everything you need is there and easy to find. Wonderful in all respects.

An Excellent Stay

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this house in Burlington. We were beside ourselves with how interesting and nice the home was, both the historic and renovated areas. The owners did an excellent job with the place and we're very welcoming. The location was good and was very close to a lot of local attractions, including the Church street marketplace. I highly recommend this house for anyone interested in visiting Burlington.

Lovely home with lots of character

The house was perfect for four adult women. We loved the charm of the old floors and fittings and our hosts have decorated it wonderfully. Bathrooms and kitchen are modern so we enjoyed those conveniences as well. Hosts were very responsive and we had zero issues. Would absolutely recommend and come back!

Perfect Home for our daughter’s Wedding Weekend

This home is lovingly taken care of. We spent a 4 day weekend for our daughter’s Wedding and the various events that were held. The house is spacious and comfortable, with lovely bedrooms and fabulous bathrooms. The kitchen is great as is the large dining room and also the covered porch with a lake view. We highly recommend this home and its hosts!

Our family came to Burlington from to experience eclipse in the path of totality. The house is in prime location with views of lake Champlain and the Adirondack mtns. Easy walk to Church St and UVM campus. We loved it.

New Years In Burlington

We had a great stay at Little Maple House over New Year’s. The house is in the perfect location to walk to everything downtown and to get to the waterfront. Susan was very accommodating and easy to work with. The house sleeps six comfortably but more than that would be challenging. There is plenty of space for hanging out, reading, playing games, etc. and a nice big dining room table.

Christmas away from home

We had a spectacular time. It’s easy to see that this house is well taken care of and that the hosts go the extra mile to make you feel at home. We were traveling over the holidays with two very little ones and we really appreciated being able to send a few packages ahead, make good use of the shared spaces for eating and games, and we met a lovely Christmas tree in place! It really made the holidays away from home feel perfect.

Family Visit

Little Maple House was the perfect home for a visit with family in VT and CT. The house is cozy, the kitchen was super cute, and there was plenty of room and privacy for 3 adult couples. We hiked near the lake and enjoyed some downtown Burlington restaurants. The dining room area was perfect for us to play cards and board games. Highly recommend for a place to connect with family or friends.

Charming Weekend at Little Maple House

Little Maple House was charming from the moment we entered. Clean and spacious and as described, a step back in time. The home is beautifully restored and artistically curated. We enjoyed the paintings, decor, and mix of antique and modern furniture. We had perfect weather for the weekend and enjoyed a glass of wine on the cozy outdoor porch. T The outdoor spaces are lovely -- beautiful flowers and landscaping. The location was perfect. Close to UVM, Lake Champlain and downtown. Behind the house is a structure called 'the greenhouse' which connects Little Maple House to a new and tastefully modern guest house where the owners of the property sometimes reside. We did run into one of the owners briefly but we felt we had total privacy at Little Maple House. A delightful home to stay in. We definitely recommend.
