The staff was super nice and helpful. However, there were a lot of homeless people surrounding the property, the backdoor was never locked (the keycard was broken and the door just swung open), it was noisy at night, and it constantly smelled like marijuana. This would deter us from staying at this location again.

We booked a handicapped but when we arrived, our reservation left that out. The staff changed our room to a handicap accessible room with no problem. Rome was clean, quiet and close to attractions. Staff was excellent

I expect a refund

I stayed at this hotel recently and was extremely disappointed. The property houses a homeless population on vouchers, and during my stay, I encountered strong odors of marijuana, pet urine, and mold. One of my room doors couldn’t lock, and I had to request housekeeping service as the room was not clean upon arrival. The General Manager was informed of these issues, but the overall conditions remained poor. The parking lot is filled with abandoned vehicles, which adds to the unsafe and uninviting environment. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a clean, secure, and comfortable stay.

Clean room, absolute bare minimum- no refrigerator or microwave- room would not get cool enough, but it was a fairly cool night so that didn’t bother me too badly. The deal breaker was the bed which left my back in knots

My room was clean. The hall was terrible. This motel seems to cater to homeless folks. Traveling alone I felt very uncomfortable in this motel. I was okay in my room it was basically quite except for a dog barking in the morning sounded like a stress bark, probably in the room alone which lasted around 20 minutes, by the way I showed dogs for years traveling throughout the Midwest with dogs and staying in motels I always made sure they were quite when I left my room plus they were always crated when I left the room. The young lady at the front desk was very polite when checking me in, she was a new employee. Hope she survives.

The ONLY good thing was comfortable beds and pillows. There was nothing in the room. Coffee was in the lobby with cheep dry creame packs. The batheoom sink took a long time to drain. Towels were actually fringed! No heat control in the room. I was cold all night, not able to sleep. Terrible!!
