There was broken handles hanging on the desk, empty toilet paper rolls, empty shampoo and conditioner bottles, the pool was dirty and smelled like a fish tank when we got out of the pool we felt slimey and gross, pool house and chairs were dirty. Breakfast tables were dirty and most of the food was gone and not replenished. Staff was no where to be found when needed. Do not recommended this hotel and will not be returning.

Our stay was great. Place is away from the noisy congested areas. We skied Bolton (30 mins) Smuggs (1 Hr) and Sugarbush (1 hr), Sauna was better than the hot tub which was generally noisy with kid traffic and the jets werent the greatest, but it was nice. Breakfast was nice

The staff and assistant manager were horrible we we're\nStaying in a room 162 for the dec 5 & dec 6 and last night ended up finding cockroach in our room and they are trying to deny it even when i have a picture of the bug and they only gave one day refund instead of refunding both nights and were very rude and acted like they didn't care and then gave me crap and didn't want me to report it to the Vermont health department
