Our Condo is not just a vacation rental, It is also our third home which is maintained with great pride of ownership and attention to detail. Located 40 Minutes from SJD airport, 15 Minutes drive to the Downtown Marina / Cabo Wabo & More restaurants, 3 Minutes to the grocery store, and 10 minutes to amazing golf courses. This condo was remolded on 4/30/2023. Nautically decorated and appointed with all the luxuries you'd have in your kitchen. Brand new furniture, 55" smart TV, King bed and queen pull out sleeper (brand new). The Million Dollar View is priceless and spectacular. Its privileged location with direct views to the iconic Land’s End Arch in Cabo San Lucas, access to two secluded beaches, and community amenities, and its proximity to the top-notch 5-Star Hotel The Cape – Thompson Resort have made Misiones del Cabo a premier location. Enjoy brunch, lunch, or dinner on their rooftop for excellent food, beverages, and the view! There are several pools on the property and a Tiki bar with a swim-up poolside for a beverage, they also serve great food. Walking distance to Cabo Bello Beach (almost like having your very own private beach / Bay). Fresko is a beautiful large grocery store with a coffee shop and bakery, that is across the street a short 3-minute drive. There is also a small convenience store on the property that has pretty much anything you would need in a pinch, including, wine, beer, and liquor. It's less than 100 yards from the Condo. Laundry services are available on the property, within 100 yards, just drop them off and pick them up the next day for under $10 bucks. There is a gym above the laundry service (for a fee). Construction is going on in many units in this building that are being remodeled. All the tile cutting should be completed. All work stops at 5:30.
