This ocean-view condo will be just the perfect place to bring the whole family for an unforgettable vacation to Playa Conchal! This splendid retreat has access to Reserva Conchal private beach club, which is the heart of the resort featuring two gourmet restaurants, a bar, a co-working space, an air-conditioned gym, a children’s playground, two beachfront pools, a full-service spa, paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, lockers, towel service and beach chairs all just steps from one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful white sandy beaches - Playa Conchal. Each week, the club hosts a wide range of events from sushi and pizza nights, happy hour drink specials, live entertainment, children’s activities, and special gatherings for the holidays throughout the year including Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, and Thanksgiving. Fitness classes are offered for a small fee on the roof-top deck several mornings a week including strength and yoga classes. And if you have any golfers in your group, they will get the chance to play in what is known as the best golf course in Costa Rica!

This spacious home away from home offers an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. We loved our stay in this ground floor unit. The bougainvillea pool is close and lovely. The shuttle service to take us to the beach club was prompt and efficient. The pool at the beach club was great and the restaurant there provided excellent food and service. The beach is perfect but be aware that the drop off after walking in to the water can be steep (the north end has the shell beach!). There are a lot of stairs to get down to and up from the unit, and to get to the bougainvillea pool. Our only complaint was that while we were lucky to find out about the shuttle (and the contact info) at the beginning of our stay the unit does not have a welcome package to provide key information. (We see no reason by a welcome package was not provided). The shuttle is free; walking to the beach club along the interior roads takes about 55 minutes. The pictures of the unit are accurate. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to return.

Lovely home!

This was a great place! Would totally stay here again! Furnished lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and have great meals. Coffee, salt, and pepper available, but bring everything else. Perfect location with a lovely view of the ocean and short walk to the community pool.

Reserva Conchal - Bougainville condo

I absolutely love this area & this 1st floor Bougainvillea condo is just perfect to accommodate your CR vacation! The parking space is easy to find & on the end( which is nice) & the space is large. Condo is located down the stairs & the view from the patio is wonderful, you can see the ocean. The condo is very spacious & was nice to have coffee for the next morning. I will definitely stay here again. We loved the little kitty that was nearby, we enjoyed feeding him & making him happy.

My family and I loved this place. We made amazing meals and memories together as well as a feathered friend of ours (Phil: a white-throated magpie jay). The view was beautiful, especially of the sunset near the Catalina Islands in the distance. Many amenities were provided: stove, cookware, washing machine and dryer, and towels. The beach club included with the condo was amazing food and a lovely pool near the beachfront. Overall, the place was amazing and would definitely book again!

Great House, Bad Host

The house was great and worked well for our stay. Was clean and in a nice Conchal community. Communication with the host is difficult as they only answer during business hours as we experienced and confirmed in an email they sent us. It is managed by a bulk property management company that care a little less then an owner would or smaller management company would.

Great resort/ poor management company.

The resort was beautiful, very jungle/tropical and secluded. The condo was very nice, ground floor unit with an amazing patio overlooking the golf course and ocean. There were zero condiments, spices left over from over renters like most VRBOs - so you have to bring everything. The kitchen was well equipped including coffeemaker, kettle, blender, pots and pans. The beds were firm and the bathrooms were dated but overall the condo was clean and beautiful.The arrival information from the property management was very poor. We had to find staff to figure out what was included. The beach club was very nice although lots of young children (so noisy at times).We were supposed to have access to the fitness center. This was an important consideration in our rental search, and we eliminated any property without a gym. For over a week we reached out to the property management to get the access card which apparently was lost by a previous renter. They took days to respond with "we are working on it" and the stopped responding at all and we never got access. I would avoid Vacas due to poor customer service. I think the listing should be updated - the fitness center, shuttles, programs were non existent (or if they exists there was no information provided).We would return to this property but would look to rent from another property management company.
