The massive living/dining room with high ceilings is complemented by huge mullioned windows that overlook the ever-changing Pacific Ocean. Featuring a very spacious covered terrace with gorgeous Pacific Ocean views! A great spot for spectacular sunset viewing, whale watching, dining al fresco, or just relaxing! Easy access to our beautiful tropical swimming pool.
The very spacious master bedroom with a King-sized bed affords a delightful and romantic Romeo and Juliet balcony with stunning Flamingo marina views. There is a large bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom

The fully equipped kitchen is a gourmet’s delight. Loads of counter space and storage! The living/dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and offers huge open spaces plus walkouts to the enormous covered terrace which overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Truly romantic and breathtaking!
The 2nd bedroom is on the lower level of this Villa and is accessed via a winding stone staircase leading off the covered terrace – thereby assuring privacy, yet convenience. The second bedroom has either a King-sized bed or 2 long single beds, offers a bar fridge and coffeemaker, and has an en suite bathroom. There is also a small terrace adjacent to the entry The perfect place for quiet contemplation of the surrounding tropical gardens and nature.

***Prices are based on occupancy of 2 persons per bedroom. Each additional guest is charged $20 per night. Additional beds can be arranged for with Management.***

Many varieties of birds and animals, including hummingbirds, parrots, butterflies, iguanas, monkeys, mapaches, even ocelots and other wild cats, coatimundi, armadillos, and anteaters inhabit the surrounding hills and valleys of our private preserve.
Mere minutes from your Villa are supermarkets, shops, hotels, discos, 4 world-class golf courses, casinos, and restaurants to satisfy the most demanding palate. An onsite BBQ is available for grillers. (Bring home your catch, steaks, shrimp, share with friends and family!).
Adventure activities on land and sea are all within easy reach. Snorkeling, surfing, beaching, birding, sailing, fishing - (onshore and offshore) - can easily be arranged. Land activities include several area zip lines, horseback riding, ATV adventures, hiking to a volcano, mud, and mineral hot spring baths, biking, river rafting, exploring waterfalls and so much more that can be easily arranged for you. We are always here for your comfort and convenience.
WiFi is widely available throughout the property, so keeping in touch should not be a problem.
If the sedentary life appeals, lounge under the palms by our oasis-like 42 foot pool, and enjoy our beautiful tropical gardens. Do it all - or nothing at all!

Cancellations or Refunds:: In the event of cancellation of this contract, a refund will be made as follows:

- With 60 days or more notice, a Full Refund of the Deposit - less 20% processing fee.

- Less than 60 days: A Refund will be reimbursed - as above - only if the accommodation can be filled for the same period of time.
