The pool didn’t have enough umbrellas and was open to public which meant there was never enough deck chairs to sit in

The wait-staff were helpful. Though the cleaning staff tried to come in to clean the rooms at 9:00am and when I said that was too early .. she had the audacity to say that her shift ends at 2:30 pm .. ?! Subsequently our rooms didn’t get a thorough clean after . Ill- equipped gym with no free weights for a 4 star property - very disappointing. Overall not very professional for a 4 star resort and has the feel of a much more budget one.
