We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely hotel. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The nespresso machine and coffees, and kettle with teas were appreciated. As well as robes and slippers which were perfect when using the pool and hot tub facilities. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Especially Thea our waitress at breakfast, which was delicious. My husband enjoyed the Velocity golf. We took our dog Kodi and he loved his welcome gift of treats and a squeaky ball. It’s a beautiful new hotel with gorgeous grounds. I can’t wait to visit during warmer months to appreciate the grounds and golf course.

The Naturally Pacific Hotel is a very classy hotel in Campbell River ... the rooms are very spacious & the restaurant (Carve) is incredible from the food to the service.

All night there was a loud hum that would come and go, sort of like a large truck would drive up and idle for 5-10 minutes then it would fade away but then come back. Was very annoying when trying to fall asleep. Other than that it was a very nice place all around.
