This beautiful home is loved, and it shows in the beautiful furnishings and extra touches, the amazing kitchen with large island and granite countertops, and all the extras like 5* hotel linens and luxury Public Goods amenities. No expense has been spared in creating this wonderful space for you to enjoy. As soon as you step into the spacious entrance and then into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area you will feel your worries slip away. This corner unit offers seclusion and quiet, and overlooks a courtyard with mountain glimpses. Enjoy a meal at the dining table, grab a coffee (drip or Keurig) at the kitchen island, or step out onto the deck off the living area to fire up the BBQ and admire the views. Back inside, chill out with some Netflix while you warm your toes by the gorgeous stone fireplace. When it's time to retire, choose from two king bedrooms. The master suite offers the most luxurious bathroom with walk in glass shower, a stand alone soaker tub and twin vanities. Not to be outdone, the guest bathroom offers the same level of luxury in a stunning, huge glass walk in shower. The guest bedroom offers a king bed that can be split into two Twin XL beds for extra flexibility. Both bedrooms offer quiet and privacy away from the living area. For an additional guest there is a portable bed that we can make up for you in the living room. It is perfect for an adult or child, with a high-density foam mattress, sheets and duvet.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, and it is not shared with anyone else. Guests may also use the hot tub and fitness room, which are shared amenity for the use of all building residents and guests.
The Neighborhood:
Spring Creek Village is in a fabulous downtown location just 5 minutes walk to Main St, yet close enough to the highway, allowing a quick arrival and exit to your adventures in the national park and surrounding areas. In addition to Bridgette Bar, The Stirling Lounge at The Malcolm Hotel is just up the road, and the best coffee shop in town (Eclipse Coffee) is on Main St.
Getting Around:
Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is public transportation around Canmore, and to/from Banff. and Lake Louise. Information about Canmore Roam Transit timetables are provided in the condo. Public transit within Canmore is free. Transit to Banff and Lake Louise requires pre-payment, and you can pick up tickets from Rusticana Grocery Store and the Town of Canmore office in Downtown Canmore.
Other Things to Note:
This condo is heated by a geothermal system, so any changes made to the thermostat takes 30-90 minutes to be felt in the home. Please be patient if you are wanting to turn the heat up or down, and reach out if you have any questions.
