The property is a 4-plex. It was clean and ready to roll when we arrived. The three bedrooms (two rooms upstairs, one downstairs) were comfortable. Craig was in touch the day before with instructions including photos. Very important for figuring out which spot is yours for parking. The home has easy driving access to CAN 1, gas stations, grocery stores, & Canmore's 8th Ave. I wish I could 4.5 stars for neighborhood. There was a little renovation noise from a nearby property, and frequent trains through town. The reno noise is certainly not permanent, and when we visited the G7 was occurring in Calgary. I don't know if this impacted the number of trains going through Canmore. The rail noise was not distressing, but noticed.A perfectly lovely home to explore the area.
