It is a basic property with basic furniture and appliances. Our overall experience is not bad but we had major issues with the bathtub and sink flush; They took 3 days to address it completely and just one day we had tension free drain. :) Simple things they could improve but lacking - There are 2 coffee cups where the facility can sleep 6-8 people.- Kitchen sink has no crusher. We need to be super careful on what we need to put in the sink.- No instapot/rice cooker / air fryer. it would be nice to add.- Salt crusher broken and we need to run to the store as we don't have salt.

The area is beautiful. Access to property is complicated: Outside access code, Garage access code, Unit access code....too many codes. Unit linen was well stocked, Crockery was limited. The place is designed to sleep 8 but lacks enough chairs to seat 8 people.

Everything was great. We were here for skiing. The heated parking garage was a lifesaver during our stay, as temps were -26 C at 9am.

Fantastic!

So we actually ended up staying at The Crawford House, which is another property owned by the same group, but it won’t let me leave a review for that property since I originally booked this property. Regardless, our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The location was great, close to the center of the city and right next to the Canmore Engine Bridge. The property was clean and so cute. I’d stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Canmore or Banff.

Great for a large family.

Great location, walking distance to great restaurants, pubs, convenience stores. The unit was very clean with comfortable beds and bedding. Great for a large family with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. Kitchen was well enough equipped. There is no balcony and no view, but we were out all day skiing so did not miss a view at the property. Good value for the price. Parking for a larger vehicle (Suburban) is outside but convenient. The management company was excellent at communicating and being available.

Good facilities and very good value for money

The condo is as promised, which is always a relief! Instructions were a bit complicated to get in, but accurate if you follow them carefully. The condo is spacious and well equipped. However could do with some refresh cleaning rather than the standard turnover clean. The walk to main visitor area was a bit long, but fine if the weather was good. The staff were very responsive to requests and very pleasant. A very good value for the price, considering the location. Had everything we needed.

We were totally impressed with our stay in this property for November. Everything was as described- cleanliness was immaculate and check in was simple and flawless. I would not hesitate to rent this property for additional stays and to recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Canmore.

Good set up for families

This rental worked well for our 2 families thanks to the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and options for king vs. 2 twin bed set ups. There was also a good amount of room for the kids to play, and an added bonus was having Elevation Place (climbing wall and pool), convenience store, and a few restaurants within close walking distance.

Rockie’s Rentals was incredible

The original property was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the first night there was a flood in the master bedroom unknown reason and Rockie’s Rentals moved us to an incredible home with outdoor space, hot tub, waking distance to town. We could walk to several hikes in Canmore and loved staying there! We will stay again! Enjoyed Banff! Short ride to the park!!

Convenient stay at Canmore

This was a great location in Canmore. We were able to walk around town to the many restaurants. The check in process was easy, although the parking a little difficult to find. We had some issues with the kitchen supplies and cleanliness but after reaching out, they were quick to respond and fixed our problems.

Great set up for family

We had a great stay. Nice home base for Kona. The house is literally over the ocean. Kids enjoyed the lava tide pools on the property. We saw whales from the deck and loved listening to the waves at night. It can be tricky getting in/out of the parking, some patience is required during heavier traffic times. We learned to park on the street until we were in for the night.

The property was as expected, but a little dated and no cider of anything aside from another hunting and parking lot. Bedrooms are cold, and one bedroom has no windows.
