"This is a truly wonderful place. The host has thought of everything. We stayed for 30 days and from the start felt like we were home.Pros:- The host is VERY responsive. I had a bunch of questions and he was patient with me and responded within minutes. We did have one problem and reported it around 4pm - right before we left for sunset and dinner. He texted me within the hour to ask permission to enter the place and it was fixed before we got home.- The pictures really match reality- Most important - it is clean, quiet and comfortable.- The pool is marvelous and nicely heated- It is close to restaurants and shopping - and within a couple of minutes to I-75 for easy access- The beach is 20-25 minutes (with traffic)Cons- The only one is that the bed is very hard and my body was sore for the first couple of nights (but this is really a preference thing, not a con)- Thats it....This place ranks as one of the best that I've stay at. Thank you "

We have family that reside in the community so it was nice that they were able to pop over in their golf cart. Will definitely be staying here again (if we don’t purchase in Sarasota before then ) "

"This property is on beautiful acreage, so it is quiet and peaceful, but remarkably close to services (gas, groceries, etc). We loved our stay here, and we were very close to the friends we came to Florida to visit. "
