âą Extra Guest Policy: Our home accommodates up to 8 guests as part of the base rate. For groups exceeding 8, there is an additional fee of $35 per person, per day. This fee helps cover added liability, wear and tear, and cleaning. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
