Nice in November

Maricopa River Resort is perfectly laid out for three couples or a group of friends. Three full bathrooms for each wing and bedroom. The back porch is very tranquil with the Guad right there.

This house has a great location and access to the river. The host was responsive and helpful. I am taking a star off because the amenities in the house were basic. There were not enough towels for 8 people, not a lot of utensils in the kitchen, there was mold around the AC ventsand the AC couldnt keep up and there were missing sheets for some of the beds.

Great location!

Stayed the 1st weekend in September 2019. The house was a great size for a big group and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to several tube rental places. There was an issue with one of the toilets and they came and fixed it right away. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

We had 8 people including 4 children under 10 stay for a weekend and the house was great. The kids loved the riverfront access and the backyard. Only small complaint would be there was no tv or streaming box available, but there is WiFi, so bring a device if you want any live tv. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Great Reunion Retreat

Our group of 6 ladies enjoyed this property very much. We were celebrating being friends for more than 50 years. The view is great! We mostly enjoyed our time on the back porch. The accommodations at this property worked perfectly for our group. The property management company was very helpful and responsive.
