Cape Canaveral Oceanfront Beach Retreat-Gated Condo with Southern Sun Exposure

Little Things Make a Difference.
Enjoy gorgeous views of the beach and ocean from almost every room in this 2nd story condo. Southern sun exposure for warm winter days. One of the only atrium units offering a King bed. Located on the pristine beach in Cape Canaveral, this is the closest beach to Orlando, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral. The condo has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV and wifi. The condo is only a few steps away from the beach. Cape Canaveral is a world renowned vacation destination because of its unique location. Rocket launches can be seen from the condo balcony and beach. Port Canaveral is only minutes away and home to many off-shore fishing charters and many local restaurants. Disney, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and Carnival Cruise lines depart regularly from Port Canaveral. Tropical estuaries are close by where you can see the dolphin and manatee and fish for speckled trout and redfish.

For past guests familiar with Royal Mansions, this atrium unit has been remodeled to accommodate a luxury King-size bed in the master bedroom. This unit now has a pass through from kitchen to vanity and bathroom area, which provides additional privacy for the master bedroom. You no longer have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a nice walk-in travertine shower, stainless fixtures dual shower heads and body jets. The separate vanity area offers a floating concrete sink large enough for two, stainless fixtures, hair dryer and basket storage underneath. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.

The kitchen has also been completely remodeled with custom cabinets and smaller stainless appliances to open the kitchen and maximize space. Additional amenities include Keurig and built-in wine cooler.

Enjoy your morning coffee and beautiful sunrise from the high-top table offering full ocean view. Watch afternoon ships depart from Port Canaveral as well.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here even though the weather didn’t always cooperate. Very clean and well maintained with all the amenities you could ask for. The view from the windows and the south facing balcony was especially nice. All in all, looking forward to returning again.

This property was everything that we expected and more. The owners have provided everything that is needed for a carefree vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, towels and linens provided and beach gear. The location is close to everything, especially the ocean. The owner was quick to respond to questions and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Definitely recommend this condo for a perfect vacation.

Perfect Summer Beach Getaway!

This was the absolute perfect summer beach getaway! Kristi had the best communication throughout the process. She made everything a breeze, from the moment we booked our vacation through checkout. The condo was absolutely perfect. Our morning coffee, with a spectacular ocean view, was beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything we could ever need for a two week dream vacation. We got to see a rocket launch from the beach, feed peacocks and squirrels from our fingers on our morning walks to Jetty Park, watch cruise ships depart daily, enjoy our afternoons on the beach soaking up the sun with beach chairs provided, and just relax each evening in the comfortable condo. Oh, and watch dolphins play in the water too. The Cocoa Beach pier and Ron Jon Surf Shop are both just a short walk from the condo and you are able to see so many sights along the way. The king size bed, concrete sink, gorgeous shower, and beautiful flooring were just some of the upgrades that other condos won't compare to this one. We highly recommend this condo ot anyone! Book the vacation!

We LOVED this condo !! (unit 3202)

We would highly recommend this condo! We were in unit 3202. The place was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you could need. New stainless steel appliances, the shower was awesome, washer and dryer, very comfy king size bed just to name a few. The floor throughout was gorgeous ! Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella were all there to use. Great ocean views from the deck, dining area and bedroom. The view is very important to us. We could watch the cruise ships come and go. They are so beautiful at night. The beach is just steps away. We love the beach and spent a lot of time either walking, fishing or just sitting out. It is the Perfect beach ! We love Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. We were lucky to see 2 rocket launches from the beach and 5 submarines coming and going from Jetty Park. Just awesome! We got to meet the SUPER owner, Kristi !! She was very friendly and outgoing. She wanted to make sure we were all settled in. If we needed her she was just a phone call away. Perfect for two

My husband and I were very happy with our one week stay. Everything was clean and had recently been updated. The shower was great, with water coming from several directions. 😊 And I especially enjoyed using the new washing machine and dryer! Much better to take home a suitcase full of clean clothes instead of dirty ones! Loved the musical tune to tell me the dryer was done! Even watched a rocket launch from the beach in front of the property! We will definitely come back!

The condo was very clean and the owners were on-site when there were water problems in the complex.

I would definitely stay in the condo if we visit again.

42nd wedding anniversary celebration.

We chose the Royal Mansion second-floor condo to spend a week in Florida. The first criteria was a balcony that faced the ocean and this property delivered. The property was just as advertised. New, bright, and great views of the ocean. The appliances were new, and for some odd reason, I loved the Keurig machine. We were able to walk to Jetty Park and see the ships go in and out of Port Canaveral. We also walked down to Cocoa Beach pier and Ron Jon surf shop. The beach was uncrowded and we had a lovely time. There were no negatives about this property or the owner. They were quick to respond to my questions and needs.

Dream vacation

There are not words to fully convey how pleased we were with the accommodations! The property is clean and we were happy to find beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, cooking essentials available to us. We had the BEST week and will definitely be back to utilize this property. Thank you!

Quiet, relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed the quiet location of this property. Everything we needed was included for a day on the beach. Great views from the balcony!
