The Space
Destiny Palms get its name from the feeling of destiny that drove us to this home and area. The home offers 900 square foot of living space and all the luxury amenities you would expect in your own home. Including the fastest internet at 1Gb download speeds, Alexa smart home devices and smart TVs and all the beach gear you will need.
LOCATION
The beach home is only 3 blocks (7 min walk) from the beach and sits in a wonderful quiet beach community. Free parking and beach access located at the end of the street. Hang in Cape Canaveral for a quieter beach experience or head down to Cocoa Beach Pier (1.5 miles) for more action, including beach volleyball and surfing. The pier offers free parking after 5pm.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The large primary bedroom offers a king bed with luxury linens, a 46' HD Smart TV, USB ports for your smart devices, luggage area and a premium memory foam mattress. Closet with hangers, ceiling fan and portable fan.

BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom offers two high-quality twin memory foam mattresses with luxury linens, USB ports, ceiling fan plus an additional trundle bed for convenience.

LIVING ROOM
The main living room is a great place to relax, and watch shows on the 65” LG smart HDTV with all of the streaming services you are used too. Sit back in comfort and listen to music using an Alexa device (Alexa camera and “drop in” options are set to OFF). It shares the open living quarters with the dining room and kitchen, allowing for easy socializing with friends and family.

KITCHEN
The gourmet kitchen is one of a kind with high-end stainless-steel appliances, gas stove, and hooded vent fan. Coffee bar and a single cup Keurig and tea. Wine glasses and beer glasses available.

DINING
The home offers 4 comfortable island stools, plus a 2-person table.

BATHROOMS
The home has one main full bathroom. Offering an extra deep soaker tub to relax in. The half bath is located in the exterior building for privacy and comfort.

LAUNDRY ROOM & CLEANING SUPPLIES
The full-size washer and dryer is located in the exterior building and offers peace & quiet when washing clothes. Directions and supplies are located in the cabinet within that building. Cleaning and sanitizing supplies & equipment are also available to you. We supply some laundry pods, dishwasher pods, kitchen sponge, paper towel roll, trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap in each washroom. Any additional supplies you may need will be your responsibility to purchase. Please do not discard any empty bottles/containers as we refill them.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
We offer a 6 person Hot-Springs salt water hot tub for your enjoyment. Please be sure to follow ALL hot tubs rules so this remains enjoyable for future guests. Not following the rules could result in extra cleaning, a fee that will be passed along to you.

WIFI/ENTERTAINMENT
The house is equipped with a 3 base high-speed mesh network featuring an ultra-fast 1GB speed for your work and entertainment needs. The home also has three smart TVs ready to stream your favorite programs. Premium streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, HBO Max plus others are all available.

BEACH GEAR
We provide guests with all their beach needs, including: beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, a large cooler, boogie boards, skim board and a beach friendly beach cart.

PARKING
There is ample parking for 3 cars plus room for your boat or jet skis under the carport.
