This beautiful villa captivates with its top location, beautiful view and state-of-the-art equipment. It is located at a wide canal with direct access to the gulf in the beautiful South West of Cape Coral. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation with all modern conveniences.
Within walking distance is Sands Park with free courts for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, Golf Putting green and cornhole. There are also BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground.

The whole house is equipped with high-quality travertine or wooden floor without rugs - which is ideal for allergy sufferers.

The living area is the perfect place to relax with flat-screen TV and Apple TV available for your entertainment. The master bedroom features slides with a direct access to the pool and a private bathroom with bathtub, huge shower and double sink. A walk-in closet provides travelers with sufficient storage space. The second bedroom also has slides with a direct access to the pool and a private bathroom. The third and fourth bedroom are located next to it. Three bedrooms are equipped with a TV.

The kitchen with adjacent dining area is spacious and comfortable with state-of-the-art equipment, including new stainless steel appliance and a Nespresso coffee machine. The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers to relax as well as an outdoor kitchen with sink and a large stainless steel BBQ for sizzling steaks. Enjoy a cold beer from the outdoor fridge.

The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from the pool deck or the boat dock at the waterfront. The gorgeous west facing view makes Florida's sunsets a special and romantic event. In addition you have a large Tiki Hut Area on the water and can also use the 2 Kayaks to explore the area on the water.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Take me to the sea...

Wow !!! What a beautiful property. We spent the week here and i can not say e ough. The property manager was helpful and super nice. The home was clean the pool was well maintained. This home exceeded my expectations and i will definitely use this property management group on our bext trip. The check in and oit process was so easy and not stressful. Weve stayed in a number of rentals in a number of stated and this is definitely on the top of our list.

If you are looking for a large house to fit a family of 8 this will do the job. If you are looking for a clean house this is not the place for you. We arrived after a long flight and needed to use the bathroom. There was enough toilet paper on the roll for one person. We called to check in with the management (Patricia) and she acknolwleged there was no toilet paper, and would bring some in the morning. Alot of good that was going to do! I realize you need to supply your own goods, but there should be at least one roll when you arrive. Went to sit on the couch and there were crumbs of food and popcorn on the living room floor. Went to eat breakfast and there were crumbs on the chair cushions and food stuck to the floor. The sliding doors to the lanai were filthy! Had not been washed in a very long time. I found some glass cleaner and cleaned them myself. One of the white bedspreads had blood on it. When I texted Patricia a picture of the blood her response was “sorry if there was one little spot”. That is disgusting!! She said she would order a new one but did not offer to come get this one off the bed. So sad, this property could be very nice but they need a new cleaning company and new management. I recommend you stay somewhere else.

Great Cape Location Very Nice Home

Great experience. Well stocked home great management. Clean property well maintained. We ran all around to various areas this property is close to Ft Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, Punta Gorda etc. Nice safe neighborhood as well. We would stay there again.

We had a lovely week in this property. The property had everything supplied including fishing equipment and kayaks which we used. The property is of a high specification with great views of the canal from the pool area and Tiki hut. The owners and management company were a pleasure to deal with and answered all questions we had. When back in the area we will look to book again.

The property was awesome. Very clean. The kitchen had all the basics needed for your stay including cleaning supplies. Pool was awesome and pool towels and floaties were provided. Canal access was great and kayaks were provided. Overall a fabulous house with amazing sunset views daily.

So Awesome!

You open the front door and take a breath because the house is amazing especially the outside pool area. So very clean, everything you need is pretty much available. Furniture is comfortable that’s a plus, TV in all bedrooms, washer, dryer and you can park your car in the garage. Plenty of tubes, floats and coolers to utilize. Stores and restaurants are close by. The house manager Patricia is readily available if needed. I loved everything about this house. Thank you for sharing your amazing home!

Great Vacation Home

My wife and I planned a family reunion for 8, including our children and grandchildren. From start to finish everything was perfect with this home. Dealing with the property manage was a pleasure. Any time I had a question I received a prompt response. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and spa. The home had all the amenities we needed. We were able to rent a boat directly through the property manager and it could not have been any easier. We would stay at this house again. It was a fantastic vacation.

Great Place!

This is a really nice vacation rental. We really enjoyed the solar heated pool as it was relatively large. The house is very nice and everything worked as expected. There were some aggravating things about this rental. We knew this going into the deal, and apparently, these are pretty consistent with the other Cape Coral rentals we considered. However, we haven't experienced these things with any of the other vacation rentals we've used, and we've stayed at many over the years. First, there was a separate charge for electricity. Second, we were charged extra for our daughter (the price listed is only for two people). Please keep in mind that we understand that this is common practice in the Cape Coral area, but not in any others in which we have stayed.

Beautiful home to get away

We had an amazing time, the house was beautiful and the sun sets were so amazing. It was nice to have a gorgeous place to stay at and we appreciate it so much. The house was clean and big and we grilled out almost every night. We didn't use the kayaks but they were a great feature to have if we did want to take them out. Great family vacation

We were 6 adults and had a fantastic week. The house is beautiful and is well maintained and clean. I strongly recommend renting a boat for a few days through the home owner/management company. It was an easy process and there is nothing better than boating the open seas to Captiva or Sanibel. The boat rental included a two hour orientation and instruction to help anyone get comfortable with the area and the boat. It does take almost an hour to get through the channels and no wake manatee zone, but the open water boating is worth it. When were not boating we enjoyed sun filled days in the large sized pool that was more than big enough for our 6 adults. The management team was very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions. Over all it was a great week and we would highly recommend this house to anyone.

My wife and I needed a get-a-way to relax and unwind. This place offered it and more. We were very pleased with the home and felt relaxed. Monja was a great host and is very good at communicating. We had a small issue with the hot tub by the pool not switching over to spa mode, but after calling the local staff, they came right out and had it resolved. I loved having the kayaks and got to explore the mangroves a bit. My wife and I loved waking up and eating breakfast on the dock under the cabana. It is such a quiet and peaceful area. I did have a little misunderstanding with the coffee maker and maybe it will help the next guests. I was under the impression that they only had a Nespresso machine so I bought some coffee capsules to use. I was disappointed that I bought capsules that were too large for a different machine. I was glad at least that they do have a regular coffee pot, so I just got what I needed for that. Overall though, my wife and I were very pleased and we highly recommend staying there. We would definitely return again.
