The area is a little rough if you plan to leave at night unless you are walking toward the beach you can get robbed. The pool was not open the whole time I was in the unit of 2 weeks. There is no hot water other than in the kitchen sink. Otherwise it’s an easy walk to the beach and the place has amazing A/C and a soft bed.
