Be Pods Lahug charged us for stained sheets that were already stained when we arrived. Extremely unfair. They also turned off the A/C every time we left the room—without telling us—and we didn’t realize for two days that they were also turning off the water heater. No hot water unless you stayed in the room. Poor communication and bad guest experience.
