Beautiful hotel with great service

The Radisson Blu Cebu is a beautiful facility with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection of dishes, and they made my boyfriend’s birthday extra special by sending up a a slide of cake which was nice. However, there were a few hiccups during our stay. The check-in process was quite slow, taking about 30 minutes due to a long line, and there was limited availability for spa appointments, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the gym was well-equipped and a great perk. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and the staff’s attentiveness made up for the small inconveniences.

Very spacious rooms and clean. The business lounge is one of the best hotel lounges I have been to so I would recommend the upgrade. If you go to the pool, I suggest going early in the morning because the hotel blocks the sun by noon. We booked a package deal with airfare and hotel with a 3rd party so we did not receive the premium title even though we stayed 5 days which we weren’t aware of. Great stay and I would recommend.

Facilities and value for cost were excellent. Although the staff was very friendly and polite, they were not very competent. The desk staff were incapable of problem solving or doing anything beyond their regular duties. They also could not provide simple seevices such as giving change for a large bill.

Absolutely unacceptable! I left my suit when I checked out and came to pick it up, they have freaking rolled and smashed it and TAPED IT in a ball! Who in their right mind would do such a thing? Where is the common sense?! They destroyed two blazers with several thousand dollars!

Nice hotel with excellent food

Hotel is in a good location and right next to a mall for convenience. Rooms were spacious but a little rundown. I tried to take a bath the first day and the water was yellow. They said it was because of a broken pipe. Also, the curtains and windows were very dirty and didn’t rise and Lower correctly. The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning.
