Pool area was much smaller than we expected and there were no cushions on the loungers and the one lounge chair in the pool has a broken hinge in the back so couldn’t be raised and lowered. The food was horrible. I ordered food for 6:30 delivery to my room. I called at 7:10… I think they just forgot to bring it up. The Cesar salad was disgusting- I don’t know what salad dressing you used but it was awful and it was iceberg lettuce and not romaine and it was soggy. The spring rolls were barely warm and very greasy. I ate the vegetables out of the middle just to have something to eat. I should have said something when I checked out but we were also rushed out in the morning. I doubt I would stay there again. Really slow food and beverage service. There was no working phone at the pool So I walked up to order drinks … after about 20 mins it started to rain so we ended up walking back to the bar area and someone was just then coming out to bring us our drinks. There were only the 2 of us and no one else placing an order at the same time.

Check in late at night. Staffs were friendly and check in process is quite fast. Room is small but you paid for what you get. The pool and room is different from what you see in the pictures (Maybe this is a better room). Breakfast is limited, only a few selection but managed to get the stomach filled. Location is very near the outlet mall.

The only reason I rate the 4 on over all is because they wrote my pick up time from the airport wrong ,,,, other than that, the staff facility was fantastic,,,, I could also suggest that instead of a cooler, a fridge in your room would be more convenient, as I found the cooler did nothing, it was plugged in, but didn’t keep anything cold at all

At first, the room that we booked is so small & tight for us because we have a lot of luggages. So we decided to change our room and they gave us the room in front of the pool so we have an easy access to the pool & we enjoyed our jacuzzi. The room is spacious & nice. The staff are very accommodating & friendly.

I needed a quick stay near the airport. I arrived later in the evening. No major frills, disappointing breakfast it lacked variety. Very nice staff. I wasn’t thrilled with my room. I was like talked in the corner and super small. I had to have the shower door open in order to sit on the toilet. It was so teeny tiny. They were fake windows so I had no window and fresh air. I didn’t like that. The pool was a complete joke. You couldn’t even really do laps or exercise. It was kind of just a leisure pool very disappointing. That would be a one and done for me.
