The only highlight is the infinity pool and the beach. Staff were very friendly but the service was very slow. Ask for crib and extra towels right after we arrived and it didn’t get delivered till night time. Bathroom didn’t have anti slip mat available. We had to request it. My baby slipped and hit his head on the floor. Took forever for the food to arrive. Not much variety or options for food. Breakfast is definitely not worth the price.

1 night is not enough to stay here

Great view from a balcony window but room cold when A/C was on . We ordered room service late evening & didn’t have to wait long . Although the lobby was busy service was prompt in checking in . We watched staff dance which Simon Cowell would love to seen. It’s a pity we only stayed 1night & it went so quick

In room dining food came late even as I specifically asked for it to come on time based on how long they said it would take as I was in a rush. They said it was due to kitchen maintenance issues. There was also no hot water for the shower for some reason. The stay was alright otherwise.

It was a meaningful, memorable, and relaxing for our 3 days of stay to celebrate mother's day and my birthday. We appreciate the special arrangement of getting a rollaway bed set-up to our room plus a complimentary bday cake. We love the beautiful ocean view and sunset that made this trip wonderful. The club lounge service was spectacular Kudos to the staff there! The spa staff was amazing that really made our stay more relaxed and pampered. There's a few hiccups here and there - it would be more comfortable and convenient if the room we stayed in has main bathroom door for more added privacy. There's a leak in the shower cubicle that made the bathroom floor wet. So we requested more rugs to avoid falling. Staff from the tradewind restaurant are selective who they greet or smile. If you are non-Filipinos you deserved that gestures. We felt not customers as they treated us with avoidance. Swimming pool between bldg 2 and bldg 3 smell urine near toilet and noted with loose tiles and not safe when you are on barefoot in the pool. They need to attend to this issue as well for safety reason. It was a long walk to check in and check out when we located us to stay in Bldg 3 wish they could open the main door in that building for easy loading and unloading of our luggages. Overall, good stay but not a real five star rating.

The service and staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was average, nothing to write home about, I’ve had better food staying at less expensive hotels in the area. The view from my room was beautiful overlooking the water. The infinity pool was good but overcrowded. The building is old showing a lot of wear and tear not to mention the shower head fell off the wall hanger, you have to hold it to wash yourself. Won’t recommend and won’t stay there again.

The resort itself is so nice. The beach and of course their Infinity Pool was their focal point. Really beautiful. Staff were very courteous and always with a smile. Foods were great. We had a la carte and they were cheap and yummy😋 Highly recommended.

Just overall inept staff. Girlfriend and I had a early dinner at the Thai restaurant, and I don't think they realized my girlfriend spoke Bisaya. Right in front of us, they were arguing amongst each other that I must've ordered mineral water, implying I was lying that I ordered sparkling. They kept bringing out the wrong water and trying to, "prove" I was lying. Constantly messing up our order in the process. I'll stay again in the future, but the service here isnt good.
